Orders and payment

Your order is an offer. A contract is formed when we accept it by dispatch confirmation, unless the checkout states otherwise. We may decline or cancel for pricing/stock error, failed age or fraud checks, prohibited delivery, payment failure or legal restriction, with a refund of sums taken.

Prices

Displayed consumer prices include VAT where applicable unless clearly stated. Delivery charges are shown before purchase. Promotional and account-level discounts cannot be combined unless stated.

Products

Use products only as instructed, inspect before use, stop if damaged and keep away from children. Materials, allergens, batteries and compatibility are described where supplier data is available; contact us before purchase if a characteristic is essential.

Cancellation, returns and faults

Your statutory rights are not reduced. The separate Returns and Refunds Policy explains cancellation, hygiene-sealed products and faulty goods.

Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for losses not foreseeable when the contract was made, or business losses on consumer purchases. Product use remains your responsibility.

Law

UK consumer law applies, with mandatory rights in your home jurisdiction preserved.
