KS Store Privacy Notice

Kinky Strangers processes customer identity/contact details, account credentials, delivery and billing addresses, orders, returns, wishlists, product preferences, reviews, support/live-chat, fraud/security signals and cookie choices.

We use this information to perform the sales contract, deliver orders, provide accounts and wishlists, meet tax and consumer-law duties, prevent fraud, handle complaints and improve the store. Optional analytics and marketing use consent where required.

Payment card details are handled by the selected payment provider and should not be stored in KS databases. We share necessary data with payment, delivery, email, hosting, supplier/drop-ship and professional-service providers under appropriate terms. Gift purchasers do not receive the recipient’s private delivery address.

Order, invoice and tax records are generally retained for the legally required accounting period. Abandoned carts and support data are retained only as long as needed for the stated purpose. You may exercise data-protection rights by contacting [email protected].
