Shipping

Items will be posted through standard delivery between  2 -7 days. 

Next day is available at extra cost. For the next day delivery contact mel at [email protected] with you order.

Please notify us within 2 days after the expected delivery date if your items have not arrived and we will explore what’s going on.

Returns

Due to the nature of our items, there is a “No Returns” policy unless the item is faulty.

Faulty items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

A full refund will be issued once the item has been assessed and accepted as faulty.

Orders will be sent on Mondays and Wednesdays.
